* Dough A

280 gram bread flour
3 gram (1 teaspoon) instant yeast
170 - 180 gram water

* Dough B

140 gram bread flour
50 gram icing/ granulated sugar
2 gram (½ tsp salt
1.5 gram (½ tsp) instant yeast
80 gram condensed milk
30 gram unsalted butter
1 egg (medium size)
