how to grill duck with salt and chili - Khmer roast duck ( ទាអាំងអំបិលម្ទេស)

Do you love cooking and grilling meat yourself?,well, I best you do . That is what I am doing every weekend,or in my home backyard, the roast duck with salt and chili is the best food and delicious for your family celebrating a party , this looks so amazing and might be yummy .

Ingredients:

1- Duck meat
2-Hot water
3- oyster sauce
4- Fish sauce
5- Olive sauce
6-Garlic leave
7-white garlic
8-Red Chili
9-Tamarind
10-Cucumber
11-Tomato
12-Salad
13-Sugar
14-Salt
15-Rody

How to make it:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) Rub salt mix chilli into the skin of duck . keep it about 15 minute and place in a roasting pan.Roast duck in preheated oven for about 1 hour it will be done.The Saucing for rub with duck we can make it from fish sauce mix together with chili ,salt,tamarind.garlic leave, sugar.
